Our Policy

ONLINE BOOKING

When booking online we require a credit card hold for all clients to reserve an appointment. Credit cards will not be charged unless a cancellation is made less than 24 hours  of service time or you NO Show to your appointment. We take care not to overbook appointments and to show up on time for your service, because it is very important to us. We thank you for your mutual consideration!

NO SHOWS

No shows, will be charged 100% of treatment fee. 

CANCELLATION

We graciously request that you provide us with 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment fee. Most* cancellations prior to 24 hours of service, will not be charged a cancellation fee.  (*Appointments reserved for 2 hours or longer, require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule to avoid a 50% service fee). This is to cover the loss of earnings and other clientele that would like to come in for that appointment time. Due to a short notice we are unable to fill that appointment.
