Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  It is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy therapy which complements Western medical care. Crystals work with the human energy field and can move, absorb, focus, direct and diffuse energy within the body. During a session, crystals are “placed on” the 7 main Chakra centers and the practitioner's hands are then lightly placed on or above the client in a series of positions with the goal of facilitating the client's ability to tap into the body's natural healing ability. By using Reiki, in combination with the stones, it can enhance their individual properties, and direct energy. Reiki energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to the client’s energy fields clearing and enhancing the energy throughout the client's body, aiding with the healing of mind, body and spirit.

Prior to session please take a moment to consider the following:

• What is blocking you that you can’t seem to move past?

During the healing you may experience a daydream, a dream, a message, physical sensations: hot, cold, tingling, twitching, see images, light or nothing at all. Emotions from your past may present themselves for your awareness, love and release.  

Opening the chakras and balancing the energy flow gives the body access to all available resources for wellness, and provides new tools for insight and increased well-being. A full session is optimal for deep work with the primary and secondary chakras, as well as including a more comprehensive series of energy flow patterns throughout the body.
